REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with The Habibi Shop. Please review our return policy before completing your purchase.

RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be slightly used ( 2-3 sprays max ), Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us through our email : thehabibishopco@gmail.com and include your name, order number and reason for the return. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Samples, testers or discovery-size products
• Personalized or custom-made products ( includes our custom mix ).

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund. we will guide you through the steps once your return is approved. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. Shipping charges are not included in the refund unless the return resulted from an error on our part.

EXCHANGES

Eligible unopened products may be exchanged depending on availability. Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm whether your requested replacement is available.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified.

PERFUME BAR AND EVENT BOOKINGS

Perfume bar services, event deposits and booking payments are governed by the cancellation and refund terms stated in the applicable event agreement. This product return policy does not apply to event bookings.
